Honestly, I used to practice it years ago and tried again, ironically, during Lent several years back, to take it up as a discipline. Guess what? God, too, made me lose interest in it right quick! Now, I know why . . .
Yes, I will still stretch, but these are after hard exercise. What I do is simply for the health of my muscles.
